TWSP and STEP Scholarship Entry Requirements:

  • Accomplished learner’s profile (MIS form 03-01 ver. 2020)
  • Filipino Citizen
  • 18 – 65 years old (IATF Guidelines on quarantine protocols)
  • Copy of Birth certificate NSO or PSA
  • Photocopy of valid ID with 3 specimen signature
  • Finished 10-years basic education, including graduates through the Alternative Learning System, and other requirements set forth in Section III of the applicable Training Regulations;
    • High school card/ALS Rating card/Diploma 
  • Health Certificate/Clearance 
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Card
  • 3 pcs 1×1 recent ID picture
  • 4 pcs recent passport-sized photo, white background; dressed with collar 
    • Barangay clearance or proof of residency
